Short version: Balonero does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your progress stays on your iPhone or iPad.
Effective date: 24 September 2026. This policy applies to the Balonero app for iPhone and iPad (the "app") and to this website.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not send any information about you or your device to us or to anyone else. It contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics tools and no advertising networks, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
What stays on your device

Deleting the app removes all of this. You can also clear everything from Settings → Reset the workshop.
Camera and photos
The Colour lab can use the camera, or a photo you pick from your library, to read the main colours of a jersey, flag or crest. The picture is analysed on your device, the colours are shown to you, and the picture is then discarded. It is not saved by the app and never leaves your device. When you pick a photo, the system picker gives the app only the single image you chose. Access is requested only when you tap "Take photo", and you can change it at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Notifications
If you turn on the morning board note, the app schedules local notifications on your device: one in the morning when new orders are pinned, and a reminder when a ball is left on the bench. They are created on the device; no push service is used and no device token is collected.
Sharing
When you tap Share on a ball, the app creates an image card and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next is your choice, and it is handled by the app you pick.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Settings contains links to this policy and to the support page. They open in your browser. This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
